How to Prepare for Your Massage

I bring everything I need—but I work directly on your bed, not with a massage table.

To help create the best experience, here’s how to prepare:

  • Set up your bed with towels or a sheet to protect it from oils.
  • Have one large towel or blanket ready to cover your body during the massage.

  • Take a warm shower beforehand if possible—this helps relax your muscles and makes the massage even more effective.

  • Choose a calm space where you can fully relax, without interruptions.
